Digital Product Purchase Agreement
1.  By completing the purchase process, buyers agree that the information about the products presented in this website give them sufficient information to make an informed choice about the goods they are purchasing.  

2.  The seller, Terry Cabak dba Imagine Image Multimedia, or any agents representing the organization or  acting on his behalf, promises to make whatever reasonable attempts can be made to rectify or reimburse customers in the event some kind of dissatisfaction has arisen in the processing or delivery of a purchase.

3.  If there is any kind of product delivery or communications issue, buyers agree not to notify any outside party or service provider without first receiving at least one response and/or some kind of communication from us that acknowledges receipt of the customer issue.  This is because some customers have email programs that enable them to send email but NOT receive it, so there are rare cases where we cannot contact people who have paid for products.  Any customer who contacts any other party regarding interaction with Imagine Image Multimedia BEFORE said customer has received an email from us will forfeit their membership payment and have their membership revoked.

4.  Due to the nature of the product being digital money-back returns are not an option after a customer has been sent access code information.
