2x2 game rule mods, and a very interesting idea!
This morning's live broadcast yielded interesting points:
When units rout when close to the edge of the table, they are allowed to be placed off the edge and if an officer can also leave the table after them, being in movement distance sphere, the unit can be said to be rallied after the NEXT turn that it left the table.
(reminder) Commander kills: units in sphere roll red/blue to see if they suffer an incremental hit as a result of the officer being killed in their sphere.
IDEA: replicate hits instead of re-rolling static firing units: In a firing phase of a turn, say when the activated player fires and the non-activated player fires, record on a roster the kind of hits caused, either Red or Incremental, to all units. Then, when the non-activated player becomes activated and has their firing event with the new non-active player having their firing event as well, dont roll dice: just replicate all the hits caused as shown on the roster (except for new units that fire that fire as normal): Roll red/blue to see if the hits are a-full effect replication, or b-incremental hit replication. VERY INTERESTING IDEA.
