When you access a file in Box.com, there is a link on the right of the page being displayed, to start a zoom meeting and when clicking it for the first time you will go through the normal permissions process and so on. With the advent of this feature, simply by the fact it is a convenience, I would recommend a zoom account to anyone wishing to start a meeting from within box, say as you are viewing a document which I guess is the reason the icon and link is there. Of course its not necessary.. you can always just stick with Skype or other, but it is a convenience.
