TD Rules updated
The rules PDF linked on this topics main page is booklet printable to page 16; after pg 16 the documents are in development and are of older "QuarterMaster" origin, though just as viable today as when they started in the 90's. The PDF has all the pages but if just the current rules are desired print up to pg 16.
Some simplification has occurred in the system hence this update.
