AmRev Large Research Download and Audio Book
I have taken the "liberty" of assembling many different documents into a single file PDF, but it is so large that printing it will either take a LOT of time, cost more than desired and/or be very hard to bind in 3-4 separate large 3-ring binders. It is 900 pages. Many sources were used in compiling this document and none of it is owned by me. I am simply making it available as a tome of research on this topic for you to read if you desire.
