Imex 1/72 ACW water conveyance emergency
It would appear that Imex artillery and cavalry sets have a RIDICULOUS quantity of wasted sculpt space on their sprues for figures that are carrying buckets of water. What on earth can be done with all these wasted figures?
With a Dremel tool and tiny bits, easy:
Drill a tiny pilot hole first, then switch to the larger drill bit for the shop broom bristle. Now, if you wanted to bring that pole closer to his body and be more proper carrying the flag, cut his arm at the shoulder and reapply (handling the un-sprayed figure has removed some paint and the right shoulder isnt cleaned up yet).
So doing this process gets me about 12 flag holders, easily.
