Rules Hex Comd Mechanized

It was decided that the selection list of vehicles for WW2 is no longer viable or necessary, as users can simply type the name of the vehicle into the OOB card; there was no data functional benefit to selecting a vehicle from the list other than to save the visual quantity of the item on the users screen.

Selecting vehicles was not being done in Hex Command NOVA, so it was deemed not needed for WW2 mechanized either.
