2.14 Process: Hit by Hidden/Unseen Enemy Fire: Convoy Responses
When a shot is received (and the target survives to make a response) from out of primary arc of a target, to determine what an item does
Roll a CnC die: (remember wheeled vehicles check for exit road damage if they exit a road): Note that if an item is forced to stop moving because of something happening ahead of it, do this die roll as well:
Color: Item stops: > if turreted, turn turret in direction of first shot: > if transporting anything, everything bails out and takes cover up to one hex from the vehicle before any second shots are received from that same firer.
Code: Item keeps moving (if movement distance remains at time of being hit- if no movement remains item can turn in place to face enemy shot direction either body and/or turret), > and moves into next hex in it's facing then stops and turns to face direction from where the shot was fired; > if transporting anything all this happens and the items inside the vehicle bail out in all the hexes around the item.
CnC: As code above but > move 2 hexes distant from the current hex.
