HCN October Update
Substantial tweaks to Hex Command Nova rules have occurred during engineering consultation in Colorado this last weekend that all existing HCN rules versions should be dispensed with. Changes include climbing, jumping over chasms, cargo, smoke screens caused by rockets, system management and more. Rules will be finalized this week but we are updating the rules as changes are written.
